At least 8MB of RAM (random-access memory) recommended for 680x0-based computers; at least 16MB of RAM recommended for PowerPC-based computers

Mac OS 7.1 or later. QuickTime's RTP streaming works with Mac OS 8.0 or later because it requires OpenTransport 1.2--or later--part of Mac OS 8.0.
