Mac OS X Server 10.0: Advertised MySQL Not Included on CD-ROM, May Be Downloaded

The advertised MySQL feature is not included in the first version of Mac OS X Server (10.0.3) but is available for download.
Symptom

MySQL is not installed by Mac OS X Server 10.0.

Solution

MySQL was omitted from the initial version (10.0.3). The 10.0.4 Server Update includes MySQL. Before installing the 10.0.4 Server Update, your server computer must be updated to Mac OS X 10.0.4. You may download these updates by visiting Apple Software Downloads (http://www.apple.com/swupdates/).
