Symptom
When using the Mac OS X Server Installer on a computer that requires a firmware update, the Installer instructs you to "run the Firmware Updater located on this CD." There is no Firmware update on the disc.

The Firmware Updater can be downloaded from:
For earlier computers, go to Apple Software Downloads (http://www.apple.com/swupdates/) and search using the terms "firmware" and the name of your computer.
