Solution

  1. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
  2. From the View menu, choose Accounts.
  3. Click the icon for an account that can't log in.
  4. Change that account's password.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any account that uses Windows File Sharing.
