Symptom
Installing iMovie 2.0.1 Update on a computer that already has iMovie 2.0.1 results in an alert box, shown in Figure 1, with the following error message:

Solution
Do not install iMovie Update 2.0.1 if your computer already has iMovie 2.0.1.
iMovie Update 2.0.1 updates iMovie from version 2.0 to version 2.0.1. The updater specifically searches for iMovie 2.0. If your computer does not have iMovie 2.0, the updater presents the alert box.

Solution
Do not install iMovie Update 2.0.1 if your computer already has iMovie 2.0.1.
