2. Choose Export Contacts from the File menu.
3. Save the Contacts Export file in your Home directory for convenience.
4. Quit Outlook Express.
5. Open the Mac OS X Mail application.
6. Choose Addresses from the Window menu.
7. Choose Import from the File menu.
8. Select the Contacts Export file.
