HP Photosmart printer driver version 2.3.5 does not work with Mac OS X 10.3. When you try to print, the job may stop, or the application you're printing from may unexpectedly quit. To fix this, install version 2.3.6 or later. You can download a later version from the HP website (
http://www.hp.com/).
Tip: Follow these steps to see which driver version is installed:
- Click the Finder icon in the Dock.
- From the Go menu, choose Utilities.
- Double-click Printer Setup Utility.
- Select the Photosmart printer in the Printer List.
- From the Printers menu, choose Show Info.
