Mac OS X 10.3: Kana-Kanji conversion stops working

Troubleshoot Kana-Kanji conversions if they stop working after using the Kotoeri input method.

Note: This document applies to Mac OS X 10.3 through 10.3.9.

1. Click Finder icon in the Dock.
   
2. From the Go menu, choose Go to Folder.
   
3. Type: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.JapaneseAnalysis/
   
4. Click Go.
   
5. Look for the file named "LearningDictionary.dict", then drag it to the desktop.
   
6. Log out and back in, or restart your computer.

You can safely delete the "LearningDictionary.dict" file from your desktop.
