Mac OS X 10.3: Computer doesn‘t start if Setup Assistant isn‘t completed (Japanese, Chinese, Korean)

Make sure to complete the Setup Assistant process the first time you turn on your computer if you use a Japanese, Chinese, or Korean language input method. Otherwise, your computer might not start up a second time. This document applies to computers which ship with Mac OS X 10.3.2 or 10.3.3.
If this happens, restore Mac OS X 10.3 Panther using the Restore CDs or DVD that came with your computer.

You can safely shut down or restart after completing the setup process.
