Some SuperDrive-equipped Power Mac G5, Power Mac G5 (June 2004), and eMac (USB 2.0) computers may not consistently mount all of the DVD discs included in some Apple software packages. Sometimes the DVD-ROM media will mount; other times it will be rejected (the optical drive will eject the disc with no error message).
The issue does not consistently affect all of the included media, and may occasionally be seen with non-Apple software products.
