PAL projects that contain layered PSD (Photoshop) files can be created and saved in Final Cut Express 3.0, but when you later try to open the project again in Final Cut Express, you may get a message that says, "Unable to open project." This can happen if you're using DV PAL or HDV 1080i50 cameras in Final Cut Express 3.0.
