The text displayed in Logic Pro, Logic Express, Soundtrack, and Soundtrack Pro plug-in windows is always in English, no matter what language you selected.
For technical reasons, the text found in the various interface elements of plug-ins is always in English. Many of the terms derive from universal audio vocabulary that would not make sense in other languages.
