With Xsan 1.1, the "Available Space," as reported by Xsan Admin, may differ from the capacity reported by the Finder or Disk Utility.
Disk Utility and the Finder both count free space that has been reserved for the SAN clients' future use, so both effectively overreport the space. Xsan Admin uses a different mechanism that more accurately states what is free in a SAN context.
