After clicking the Pause button in Logic Express 7, the last half second or so of audio may play back repeatedly under certain circumstances.
This happens with some PCI and PCMCIA audio cards. To work around this issue, open the Sound preference pane in System Preferences and leave it open while working with Logic Express.
