In Mac OS X 10.4, you can scroll around an image in Preview easily in several different ways (scrolling is only possible when the image doesn't completely fit inside the Preview window):
- Hold down the space bar and your mouse button at the same time, then scroll at will.
- If you have an Apple Mighty Mouse or a third-party mouse with a scroll wheel, you can use the mouse's wheel to scroll around. To scroll horizontally with a third-party mouse, hold the Shift key while scrolling.
- Use your keyboard's arrow keys.
- Drag the scroll bar on the bottom or side of the Preview window.
- On some PowerBooks, you can use the trackpad for scrolling.
