Pro Tools version 7 contains significant changes to the Digidesign Audio Engine that make it incompatible with current versions of Logic Pro 7 using TDM. If you plan to use Logic Pro 7 with your TDM system, it is strongly recommended that you continue to use Pro Tools version 6.9.x.
To use Pro Tools 7 on the same system as Logic Pro, it would be necessary to create a separate startup partition, maintaining Pro Tools 6.9.x on one partition for use with Logic Pro, and installing Pro Tools 7 on the other.
