On a custom installation of Logic Pro, loading certain GarageBand instruments may invoke an alert message that says some audio files can't be found.
This can happen if you do not select the option for Logic Pro Bonus Sound Library or GarageBand 2 Sound Library. Rerun the Logic Pro Installer, and select both of those options this time.
