Apple USB Modem disconnects after inserting audio CD

With some computers that are running Mac OS X 10.4.3 or later, iTunes 6 or later, and that are using the Apple USB modem, you might find after you put an audio CD into your computer that the Internet Connect application says you have lost your connection to the Internet. Here are some steps you can take to avoid having this happen:

• Insert your audio CD before you connect the computer to the Internet.
• Once iTunes has opened, import the music from your audio CD that you have the right to copy to the computer by clicking the Import button in iTunes.
• Once your music has been imported, eject the audio CD.
• Now that the audio CD has been ejected, connect to the Internet. If you want to listen to your music now, you can play your imported music right through iTunes.
