Files and folders with names that contain 2-byte characters may appear incorrectly when created on Xsan and viewed from Microsoft Windows or Linux, or vice-versa.
Note: 2-byte characters are commonly used in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean fonts.
Rename the file or folder so that it contains only ASCII characters.
