Mac Pro, Xserve (Late 2006) and Xserve (Early 2008): Doesn‘t boot over 2 GB Fibre Channel card

The LSI 7202EP HB card is available for the Mac Pro as a configure-to-order option.

The Mac Pro accesses the disk subsystem attached to this card while booted from the internal drive, but booting to drives attached to this card is not supported.
