Final Cut Studio doesn‘t display or import Flash content after upgrading to QuickTime 7.3.1

Issue or Symptom

• You may be unable to open or import Flash media elements in Final Cut Studio.
• Existing projects that contain Flash elements may not perform as expected, or may appear to be missing elements.

Solution

Flash is not supported in QuickTime 7.3.1. Use QuickTime-based movie formats in Final Cut Studio applications.
