In some cases, images from the Canon EOS Kiss Digital X camera are not recognized as supported, even after the Digital Camera RAW Support Update 1.0 has been installed.
Digital Camera RAW Support Update 1.0 provided support for the Canon EOS 400D / Canon Digital Rebel XTi, and implied support for the Canon EOS Kiss Digital X. However, it did not correctly support the Canon EOS Kiss Digital X. This was fixed in the Digital Camera RAW Support Update 1.0.1. The update can be downloaded from here.
