Portable Home Directory: Don‘t back up certain directories or restore them from a backup

Restoring a Portable Home Directory from a backup can result in data loss if certain directories are restored.

Solution

To avoid possible data loss issues after restoring a mobile account's Home from a backup, do not restore (~/Library/Mirrors).

To avoid this issue, always exclude the (~/Library/Mirrors) folder when creating a mobile account backup.
