Issue
When a random access camera that uses MPEG-2 is used to import video into iMovie ’08, the import window opens automatically but the previewed clips are interlaced as shown below:
Solution
Even though the preview is interlaced, once the video is imported into iMovie ’08 your video will no longer be interlaced.
