Virtual email users may experience rejected emails by the server until the user short name is added.
In order to get the virtual email domain to accept emails, enter the short name of the virtual email and the short name of the user.
For example, John Smith's email address is johnsmith@virtualdomain.com. Be sure to include the short name johnsmith and johnsmith@virtualdomain.com.
