You may not be able to use the O2 Cloud Wi-Fi hotspot in the UK after iPhone has been replaced.
If your O2 tariff contract includes free O2 cloud Wi-Fi coverage and your iPhone has been replaced, please contact O2 with the new Wi-Fi Address to ensure you have access to the Cloud network with your new iPhone.
To find the Wi-Fi Address tap Settings > General > About and scroll down to Wi-Fi Address.
