Mac OS 9: File Security - Can‘t Unlock Keychain

You have disabled the file security extensions and need to turn them on.

1. Open the Extensions Manager

2. Make sure these files are turned on: Security Cert Module, Security Library, Security Manager, Security Policy Module, Security Storage Module.
