iMac (Slot Loading) and Mac OS X 10.2: Screen Effects Stops Responding

Screen Effects may stop responding:

• while changing preferences from one screen effect preview to another
• after an extended period of use
• while configuring screen effects
  

Update to Mac OS X 10.2.3.

You can update from a previous version of Mac OS X 10.2 by using Automatic Software Update. For more information on this feature, see technical document 106704, "Mac OS X: How to Update Your Software". Because some updates are prerequisites for others, you may need to use Software Update more than once to get all desired updates.
