The fuser temperature in the standby mode is 392 degrees fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). During printing the temperature rises to 410 degrees fahrenheit (210 degrees Celsius).
Paper moving through the printer must be able to withstand the printing temperature for 0.1 seconds without discoloring or melting any of the dyes or coatings that may have been used for printing the a letterhead.
