Quadra 610: NuBus & Power Macintosh PDS Card Not Possible

If I install the Power Macintosh PDS Upgrade Card in my Quadra 610, can I still use a NuBus card?
As the Quadra 610 has only one PDS expansion slot, to install the Power Macintosh PDS Upgrade Card you must first remove any existing expansion cards.
