You do not have the A/ROSE extension installed. A/ROSE is the Apple Real-Time Operating System, and It's used to download the Remote Access Server software into memory on the Apple Serial NB Card. The serial card has its own 68000 CPU to off load the communication task from the Macintosh computer's CPU.
