Installer MAE 4.0 is a UNIX-savvy installer that comes with MAE. It normally lives in the appledir/Tools directory. The problem with most installers is they look at the root filesystem to determine free disk space. However, with UNIX the root filesystem often does not have very much free space. Installer MAE 4.0 is a little smarter about determining free space.
