DOS Compatibility Card: W/ the Multiple Scan 15 Display (3/95)

Could you tell me what sense codes and pin grounding I need to do to make
a DOS Compatibility Card force the Multiple Scan 15 Display into a 16-in. mode on the Mac OS side and 800x600 on the DOS/Windows side? I was previously told
that grounding pins 4 and 10 would work, so I built an adapter. I did get 800x600 to sync on the Windows side, but the MacOS side is unable to sync with that sense code.

On the DOS side, you can select super VGA (800x600) by simply entering the
Windows environment (provided you have the driver installed). On the
Macintosh side you must boot-up with a cable or adapter that provides the 16"
resolution (832x624). The sense code for this resolution is:

pins 4 and 10 tied together--but not grounded!
pin 7 has no connection.

An adapter for this configuration (832x624) can be purchased from Enhanced
Cable Technology.

To locate a vendor's address and phone numbers, use the vendor name as the search string.
