The Color LaserWriter 12/600 PS uses monocomponent toner cartridges to tranfer each individual color to the Organic Photo Conductor (OPC). This process is referred to as CMYK (or, C=Cyan, M=Magenta, Y=Yellow, and K=Black). CMYK is often confusing to some customers who interpret CMYK as the order in which the monocomponent toner is attracted to the OPC and then imparted to the paper. The order in which the toner is applied and attracted to the paper is:
