StyleWriter Printers: Print Quality Depends On Paper (10/96)
I have a StyleWriter and everytime I go to print the only quality option avaialble in the print dialog is Best. The Normal and Draft options are dimmed.
You need to check the paper type setting. Unless you are printing on special types of media, the paper type should be set for Plain. Some paper types such as Transparency, Glossy, and Back Print Film require you to use the Best quality mode.
