The internal power supply or keyboard might need to be replaced.
This can be caused by low voltage conditions. Confirm the failure by trying another circuit or AC Power Pack before proceeding. Then replace the keyboard. If the keyboard does not solve the problem replace the internal power supply.
Note: Refer to the Apple IIc General Troubleshooting Procedures if replacing the keyboard or power supply does not solve the problem.
