It has been reported that the LaserWriter 12/640 PS may jam when printing envelopes face-down.
When printing envelopes with the LaserWriter 12/640, you could experience jams if the envelopes feed face-down. For best results, choose Face-Up Tray under Printer Specific Options in the Print dialog box.
