iBook (Japan): Internet Setup Assistant Issue

I own an iBook with Japanese system software. When I try to use the Internet Setup Assistant to configure my Internet settings, a dialog box appears with the message, "Cannot find Internet Editor Assistant." How can I continue setting up my Internet configuration?

This occurs only on recent iBook computers with Japanese system software. During the setup process, clicking Yes at the dialog box that asks "Do you already have an Internet account?" will result in this error. To work around this, open the Internet Editor Assistant manually. You can find Internet Editor Assistant at this path:

Internet : Internet Utilities : Internet Setup

Then, continue to follow the instructions on the screen to set up your iBook for Internet access.
