When printing Postscript output from LaserWriter drivers to a DEC LN03R
printer (LaserWriter Plus compatible) attached to a VAX, you may encounter
an INVALID ACCESS ATTEMPT error for the SETDEFAULT TIMEOUTS command. When
this command is removed, another error of UNDEFINED: NAME NOT FOUND is
reported for the LEGAL command.
According to Adobe, you need to exit the server loop to use the
setdefaulttimeout operator. The code is:

DEC's LN03 is LaserWriter-compatible from the Postscript side of things,
but there are differences with respect to hardware options.
