Final Cut Pro: Dropped Frames Warning With Batch Capture

Symptom

When performing a batch capture with Final Cut Pro, a "dropped frames" warning is immediately displayed. If dropped frame warnings are turned off, there are dropped frames at the beginning of a batch captured clip.

Solution
