MacTerminal: How to Send VT100 PF Key Sequences

To send PF(n), type:

esc [ (n) p

For example, to send PF16:

1. Press esc (the esc key on new keyboards, or reverse accent/tilde
key on older ones).

2. Press the [ key.

3. Press the 1 key, then the 6 key.

4. Press the p key (note lower case).

For the HELP key, send PF0 (esc [ 0 p).
