At Ease: Special Folders not Available

I have recently set up zones on my network and now when logging into At Ease my workstations reports special folders may not be available. Once logged in my users have their applications panel but other panels are missing?
Launch At Ease Admin. Choose Access to Volumes from the Security menu in At Ease 4 or the Configuration menu for At Ease 5. Here any volumes being used as Workgroup Data volumes will need to be removed and added again. Once this is accomplished you will also need to reset any workgroups to use these data volumes again.

If the At Ease Server volume is the only volume removal will result in a message stating "The selected volume cannot be removed because it is the At Ease Server volume but information has changed. Would you like to update it?" Select yes and documents/special folders should be available to users on their next login.
