ASIP 6.0: At Ease Web Plug-in Issues

Apple is aware of the following issues with At Ease Web Plug-in 5.0.1 on AppleShare IP (ASIP) 6.0 servers:

• The At Ease Web Plug-in will not run with the default memory size for plug-ins. Go to the AppleShare Admin program and increase the amount of memory allocated to plug-ins.
• The At Ease Web Plug-in does not start up. The following message appears in the Plug-in Messages log file:
  At Ease WWW Server PlugIn is disabled because errors occurred at startup.
• The web server responds with the following message when clicking on the Documents button:
  "Unable to process your request because an internal error occurred"

Notes:

• Not all customers are affected by these issues.
• There is no time frame for a resolution to these issues.
