To access clip art in ClarisWorks for Kids under Multiple Users, you must move the entire ClarisWorks for kids folder into the Shared Documents folder inside the Users folder on the hard drive. Access to this folder is set in the Privileges tab of the Setup Details for each user. It is enabled by default.
Note: Users will have read and write access to all items in this folder. Care must be taken to insure users do not move or delete program files.
