Symptom
A Network Assistant 4 client or clients stops responding when restarted. The monitor's screen image goes blank (dark, or black) as if restarting, but the power light indicates the computer is still on.
Solution
Deselect the Voice Verification option in the Multiple Users control panel of the client computer(s).
Macintosh Manager clients must log out, or a nonmodal dialog box appears, preventing the computer from restarting.
