Refurb Machines: No Bundled Software

Do the refurb machines that Power Computing offers contain the same bundled software as other machines?
The Refurb systems only come with the System CD (Standard bundled software and System Software installers). There are no additional Software titles that are sent in the accessory kits. The PowerTowers and PowerTower Pros do come with Speed Double installed but nothing else.
