Power Requirements for Japan

The user's guide recommends that European customers use a HAR approved power cord, what do I need to use in Japan? Does this mean I don't need to use an adapter? Just adjust that little red thing on the back of my computer?
Japan's power output is 100 volts across the country. The hertz rating depends on where you are: East Japan is 50Hz; West Japan is 60Hz. All of Power Computing's machines are auto-configuring. Just plug it in and it should work. The Japanese use the same type of plugs so you won't need to get a special adaptor.
