Sorry, the Power 100/120 has the processor built into the board. It is not upgradable.
Upgrade paths are in the works, but because of the architecture of the Power 100 and Power 120, I doubt they'll be included. There's no way to remove one processor and put another one in.
Speed boosts can come in the form of more RAM and a bigger cache.
More RAM will mean you don't have to use virtual memory, a big slowdown.
The cache can also be upgraded to 512k.
