There is a known problem when using a Macintosh SE/30 with System 6.0.3,
ImageWriter Driver 2.0, ImageWriter LQ, and MacDraw II 1.1.
When trying to print on computer paper with a reduction of 66%, the first half
of the document is skipped (the printer starts to print from the middle of the
document in the middle of the page).
However, If you place a small line (it can even be a point) on the file and
print the document, everything will print as normal.
