Applesoft: HPLOT TO After a Draw

The Applesoft DRAW command doesn't set an internal pointer refering to the last plotted point, which a HPLOT TO command could use. Instead HPLOT TO X,Y draws a line from some random point to X,Y.
The following program contains a machine language routine which decodes the position of the last plotted point, thus allowing HPLOT TO X,Y to draw from this location.
